Why tune-ups matter in Salt Lake County
Furnaces here work hard through cold winters and inversion season, and air conditioners run long hours in hot, dry summers. A spring AC check and a fall furnace check catch worn parts, dirty coils and blocked drains before they turn into a no-heat or no-cool call. Many manufacturer warranties also expect documented maintenance.
